Online payments
The Racine County Circuit Court offers the option to pay financial obligations online, or by phone, through Government Payment Services.
If paying a citation, please have it available when making payment. All other obligations will require the case number. The following basic information is needed when completing a payment:
- Pay Location Code: 1542
- Case/ticket number
- Date of issue
- Issuing agency (i.e. State Patrol, DNR, Racine Sheriff Dept – 5200 or 5294)
- Appearance/Hearing date as listed on citation
- The amount owed
- A valid MasterCard, VISA, Discover, or American Express card
- A valid telephone number

Note: Government Payment Services (GPS) is an independent company that charges a fee for its services. The court receives no part of that fee.
A 4.75% fee for service will be added to the amount due if paid by phone.
A 3.5% fee for service will be added to the amount due if paid online.
