  • Maintain an average daily census of 207 residents with at least 18 Medicare and 18 private pay.
  • In conjunction with Human Services, explore participation in the 2005 Chronically Mentally Ill (CMI) waiver to determine feasibility of transferring appropriate CMI clients to the community.
  • Continue transfer of appropriate CMI clients to Ridgewood from Institutes for Mental Disease located in other Counties.
  • Remodel unit dining rooms and successfully implement family style dining on the units with improved client satisfaction.
  • Continue to provide Racine County citizens with the highest quality nursing care in a supportive environment, as validated by the annual State survey.
