Vital Records Fee Schedule

The Racine County Register of Deeds office now offers you two options for processing vital records applications.

1. You can select the appropriate application form below, print it on your printer and mail it to us with a money order (sorry, no personal checks).

2. For your convenience, you can process online requests through an independent company that Racine County Register of Deeds has partnered with to provide you this service; VitalChek Network, Inc. VitalChek can be reached through their website; (vitalchek URL) or click on picture below. An additional fee is charged by VitalChek for this service, and all major credit cards are accepted, including American Express®, Discover®, MasterCard® or Visa®.

Requestors must demonstrate direct & tangible interest in the record requested.

• Additional Copies $ 3.00 */each
• NO PERSONAL CHECKS on records requested through the mail.
  MONEY ORDER/CASHIER CHECKS ONLY.
  The fee is for a search of the record and the cost of the first copy. The fee is NON-Refundable even if No record is found.

Marriage Certificate:
