Vital Records Fee Schedule

The Racine County Register of Deeds office now offers you two options for processing vital records applications.

1. You can select the appropriate application form below, print it on your printer and mail it to us with a money order (sorry, no personal checks).

2. You can click on the the VitalChek link below and submit your request online, with a credit card payment. There are additional fees related to this option, but it offers you the fastest, most convenient service available.  Clicking on the VitalChek link below will take you to the necessary page to begin the application and payment process.  Please read all instructions carefully as you proceed.

Requestors must demonstrate direct & tangible interest in the record requested.

• Additional Copies $ 3.00 */each
• NO PERSONAL CHECKS on records requested through the mail.
  MONEY ORDER/CASHIER CHECKS ONLY.
  The fee is for a search of the record and the cost of the first copy. The fee is NON-Refundable even if No record is found.

Marriage Certificate:
